Great interview with Tim. It seems to me that, the American dream is just that, a dream. A dream world of people with money, trying to find those individuals to find the next best thing to fund. Tim, is talking about the few who do raise their heads above the parapet are found by those ‘investors’ to fund their ideas in the hope for more prosperity and even more profit. It’s about encouraging the feeling of a race (not Race) where everyone can run but, the winners can be plucked from the many. The level playing field(s) is the straight start line but, the race is not equal but favours the natural selection of the rich ‘backing’ the leaders of the race. It’s a way of cutting the wheat from the chaff. I personally think it’s delusional. The true, undeniable land of opportunities’ comes from just two economic factors. MONEY and SPENDING. Rather than, giving a leg up, to those who are better in the race, to be found by the money men, to be oven that opportunity by default of that lead or, that impression of a winner, so to be given the chance by ‘the money men’ I feel we need a whole new and proper, ‘level playing field’ of ‘free’ MONEY from ‘freely SPENT MONEY’. In other words, give the Land of Opportunity the level playing field of knowing their is a glut of money to be earned from their race, no matter what position you are in within that race. To know you truly can, fulfil a life of gainful employment of choice with the certainty of monetary reward for hard work. To be as hard a worker at the bottom as at the top but, knowing the best, the ones that rise to the top and win the race get the reward they deserve. Reward leadership, skills, effort, brilliance or dangerous work. And reward it well. More than now for the vast majority of those who presently, aren’t properly rewarded or recognised, with higher wages and higher pensions. To show a clean pair of Heal’s over a better system of benefits which also gives to those who can’t whilst making the rich wealthier with less taxation and less bureaucracy and red tape! Yes, it can be fine, unlike present times under the described ‘dream world’ where we know with our own eyes, the playing field isn’t level and the many in the race are not just left behind but, discarded as ‘unemployable’ and flung on the flag heaps of the poor who are failed by the very system that sells this dream which is by definition impossible to attain by all. It’s no good, trying to attain a starting place in the race for money and recognition just to be disappointed that the MONEY and reward from the SPENDING of that money just isn’t there as the system and the framework is just not there. It’s a false promise. But those who succeed drown in their adoration, like an addiction that, the dream is working! It’s not working. Not for all the runners, just the winners of the race to become chosen. By the promise of the reward of untold riches. So yes Tim, it’s a dream.

What is needed is a system of real opportunity. Not from winners but for everyone. Not a race to win but a race in which we participate, we work. We go out every day and work to gain the reward of fair exchange. Not unfair exchange or no exchange. And that only comes from the two basic requirements of any working economy, MONEY and SPENDING. Not from choice whether to SPEND but, because it’s a rightful need that once you have MONEY then it’s an obligation, no a right to expect that, MONEY will be SPENT freely without debt or interest if future profits being attached to it by those who have been rewarded by it in the first place. Giving back that ‘fair exchange’ of work as the basis of the system or framework of the correct level playing field Tim is talking about but, can’t see, as he is living the ‘dream’ not ensuring it for others. He is perpetuating the falseness of a dream that only works for some. When most have to SPEND all their incomes some, don’t have to. They keep hold of vast sums of money that prevents others from having it which causes their inability to follow or be fairly exchanged for their work and efforts when the few, have hold over the majority of the MONEY that isn’t being SPENT and are only likely to reward, at present, those who rise above by running or giving the impression of winning the race like Elon Musk or Bernie Madoff!

What is needed is a ‘spend by date on MONEY. To make those who deserve to be paid fortunes the quid pro quo of having to freely SPEND that money back into the system that provides it. Don’t kid yourself. Our present predicament is caused by MONEY not flowing from SPENDING. By making it free and enforced to return from a need to SPEND it back or have it taken back, will then give us the freely SPENT MONEY we all need to enable us to find IT rather than them find the winners. Let us know that we can fund MONEY easily from all that SPENDING. Make MONEY move like a tsunami of free SPENDING instead of the dam of hoarding it away from those who need it to pay their ways. That’s Growth! Not hoarding it away. But by filling up the pot of the economy relentlessly, perpetually dnd freely. We will all be wealthier from the hours dnd asset purchased by SPENDING the MONEY rather than listing it back or worse investing it back! There is the recipe for a real dream provider. Free MONEY from a tsunami of SPENDING in fair exchange for good hard work and better reward, with higher productivity from the same MONEY moving faster and weightier than now, from SPENDING MONEY and not hiving it away and making the majority devoid of its use. That’s not fair or just it’s undemocratic.
